GameHub ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy and digital autonomy. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information handling, data protection, and user rights in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data privacy regulations.

By downloading, installing, or playing GameHub, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

• No Personal Data Collected: GameHub does not collect, harvest, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical locations, or contacts.

• Local Gameplay Storage: Game scores, high score achievements, preferences, and session progress are stored exclusively on your device's local storage. This data is never transmitted to external servers.

• Device Telemetry: Minimal non-identifiable technical parameters (such as screen resolution, aspect ratio, and system orientation) are processed solely on-device to render adaptive responsive layouts.

GameHub operates self-contained gameplay logic. We do not integrate invasive third-party tracking software or behavioral profiling engines.

Standard system diagnostics provided natively by your operating platform (e.g. Google Play Services for crash reporting and app distribution) operate under Google's respective Privacy Policy.

GameHub is designed for general audiences and adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as well as Google Play Families Policy guidelines.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all gameplay states remain strictly local to your device, no user profiling or data transmission occurs.

• Minimal Permissions: GameHub does not request or require sensitive runtime permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Location, Contacts, or Storage read/write outside its sandboxed container.

• Data Security: All local gameplay information is protected by Android's built-in application sandboxing architecture to prevent unauthorized access.

You retain complete control over all data generated by your gameplay. You can reset or permanently delete all local game scores, preferences, and cached states at any time by:

1. Navigating to your device's Settings > Apps > GameHub > Storage and tapping Clear Data.

2. Uninstalling the application from your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or regulatory obligations. The revised date will be displayed at the bottom of this page. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
